Out now on Rush Hour, the first 12inch: Nos Magia, featuring Americo Brito and Orlando Julius. Antal (together with KC the Funkaholic) was one of the first people to notice what I was doing and has shown massive love ever since. This resulted in the first release on Rush Hour, a selection of 3 tracks from the forthcoming album.

Nos Magia, the title track, is a collabo with Americo Brito, a true Cape Verdean music hero who lives in my “hometown” Rotterdam. The words describe Amer’s love for his home country, reminiscing about all the islands have to offer.

Kamajo and Ijo Ya feature the legendary Orlando Julius, the famous Nigerian highlife artist, age 73 now and not giving an inch to old age. His energy and global love is in these two songs, with lyrics referring to your duty to enjoy life and DANCE.
