La Musique Du Soleil is a hybrid between a funana/zouk 80s throwback on retro-digital steroids and a lullaby dedicated to Arp Frique’s 5-year old daughter Jesamy. Connecting through music and protection even when not physically around are the basis for the vocals, performed by Americo Brito and Mariseya. The song ends with an actual soundbite of Jesamy on babypiano, jamming an improvised tune when she was just 2 years old. La Musique Du Soleil, the music of the sun, the source of life on earth, a direct link to the title of the forthcoming album and movie “The Seed”.
